We experienced a problem with our tankless hot water heating system (that wasn't installed by Clarksburg). The technician quickly determined the problem and was able to obtain the required part locally and returned to install it. He also adjusted a couple of settings.
I was away at the time and he left a note describing exactly what he had done and the settings he adjusted.
